Object

These Terms and Conditions govern the sale of wellness retreats and stays offered by Namati Retreats.

Services

The services may include:

Accommodation
Meals
Wellness activities (yoga, meditation, etc.)

The specific details are provided for each offer.

Price

Prices are stated in euros (€).

VAT not applicable – Article 293B of the French General Tax Code (CGI).

Booking

The booking is confirmed upon:

Full payment
Receipt of a confirmation email

Payment

Secure payment is available via:

VISA credit/debit card
MASTERCARD credit/debit card
Bank transfer

Right of withdrawal

In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to leisure services provided on a specific date.

Cancellation

Cancellation by the client
Any cancellation request must be made in writing to: namatiyogaretreat@gmail.com
The following conditions apply:
More than 60 days before the start date: 50% refund of the total amount
Less than 60 days before the start date: no refund
Cancellation by the organizer
In the event of cancellation, Namati Retreats will offer a full refund.

Responsability

Each participant is responsible for:

Their own health condition
Their personal belongings

The activities offered (yoga, meditation, wellness) are not medical treatments and do not replace any form of medical follow-up or professional healthcare.

It is recommended to take out insurance covering:

Cancellation
Personal liability
Travel insurance

Insurance

Namati Retreats shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, or governmental restrictions.

Force majeure

Disputes

In the event of a dispute:

An amicable solution will be sought first
If no agreement is reached, the consumer may refer the matter to a mediator (CNPM Médiation Consommation)
